Refund Policy

  1. Service Payment: Once the services or design process has commenced, refunds for the service payment will not be provided. The payment covers the resources and efforts invested to initiate your project.
  2. Cancellation Before Project Begins: If, for any reason, you decide to cancel the project before it begins, please notify us as soon as possible at contact@luztem.com

Consulting Proposal Fee:

  1. Non-Refundable: The consulting proposal fee is non-refundable. It covers the time and expertise invested in preparing your personalized proposal.
  2. Credit Toward Service: Although the consulting proposal fee is non-refundable, it can be fully credited toward the cost of the service you choose to proceed with.

Design Approval:

  1. Design Concepts: After the design concept have been presented and approved, refunds will not be available. We are dedicated to working closely with you to refine the design until it meets your expectations.

Revision Options (for Designed Services):

  1. One Revision (Included): Our packages include one revision to make sure your design aligns with your vision. This revision is complementary and intended to enhance your satisfaction.
  2. Additional Revisions (At a Cost): If you require further revisions beyond the included one, we offer the option to purchase additional revisions at a predetermined cost. For more information about revisions, please contact us at contact@luztem.com
